About Our Sculptures
What are they made of? Resin — lightweight, weather-resistant, and good at holding fine detail like feather and fur textures. Dimensions and weight are listed on each product page.
Can they stay outside year-round? Yes, in most climates. In areas with harsh freeze-thaw winters, we recommend bringing pieces inside or into a garage during the coldest months to prevent cracking.
Can I use them indoors? Yes. Resin is safe indoors — no off-gassing or special ventilation needed. Many customers use our pieces on mantles, shelves, and entryway tables.
How do I clean them? Soft cloth with mild soapy water. Avoid bleach or pressure washing. For mineral haze, diluted white vinegar on a soft cloth works well.
Will the colors fade? Some fading is normal with long-term sun exposure. Pieces in partial shade hold color longer. A seasonal coat of outdoor clear sealant (from any hardware store) helps extend the finish.
Are they heavy? Most pieces are manageable for one person. Smaller accents are typically under 5 lbs; larger statement pieces may be 10–20 lbs. Exact weight is on each product page.
Choosing a Piece
How do I pick the right size? Smaller pieces (under 12 inches) work well in planting beds or on shelves. Larger pieces (18 inches and up) suit open lawn areas or pathways. Always check the listed dimensions — or email us if you're unsure.
Do you ship orders as gifts? Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. We don't include pricing in the package.
Do pond or water garden pieces hold up near water? Yes. Resin handles moisture well. Avoid fully submerging a piece for extended periods, as this can affect the base finish over time.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? PayPal. No PayPal account needed — select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" at checkout to use Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover directly.
Can I change or cancel my order? Email us at support@bargerc.com as soon as possible. We can make changes before your order ships. Once shipped, please use our returns process.
Shipping
Where do you ship? Contiguous U.S. only (lower 48 states). No Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international shipping at this time.
How much is shipping? $8.99 flat rate on orders under $99. Free on orders $99 and above.
How long does delivery take? Processing: 1–3 business days. Transit: 5–7 business days. Total: most orders arrive within 6–10 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
How do I track my order? A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for carrier updates to appear.
What if my package is delayed or lost? Contact us at support@bargerc.com. We'll look into it with the carrier and work out a resolution with you.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy? 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email support@bargerc.com with your order number to start.
Do you offer exchanges? We don't do direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the piece you want.
Who pays return shipping? We do — if the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. You do — if you're returning for a personal reason (changed your mind, etc.). In that case, the original shipping fee is also non-refundable.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Email us within 7 days with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a refund or replacement and cover return shipping.
How long does a refund take? We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or PayPal may take a few additional days to post the credit.
