All orders are subject to acceptance by BARGERC. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email — this is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance. Acceptance and formation of the contract between you and BARGERC occurs when we ship the products.
Prices are shown on the Site and are quoted in U.S. dollars. We accept payment exclusively via PayPal as disclosed on our Payment Method page. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account has sufficient funds or credit to complete the purchase. We do not collect or store payment card data — payments are processed securely by PayPal.
We currently do not charge sales tax at checkout; if tax or fees become applicable in your jurisdiction, we will disclose them at checkout.
